squats: 125-145-165-165 X5 ohp: 65-75-85-95 X 5 deadlifts: 175-195-215-235 X5 weighted crunches: 35 3X11 pullups: 9,8 felt good, ohp pretty easy still actually, deads got taxing but hit them. friday next workout

conclusion of week 4 squats: 125-145-165-185 X5, 210 x3, 165 x8 bench: 85-100-115-130 X5, 150 x 3, 115 x8 rows: 75-90-105-120 x5, 140 x3, 105 x8 dips: 2X11 curls: 70 1x8 tri ext: 75 1x8 felt good, getting tough but expected as the triples were my 5rm plus the volume before my 21 bday is monday, im having a party tomorrow night, so i hope drinking doesnt interfere too much with recovering...bad timing since im going to my 5rm next week but only turn 21 once weight up to 152, im eating a lot a lot of food basically

week 5, 5rm maxes squats: 130-150-170-190-210 x5 bench: 90-105-120-135-150 X5 pullups: 2X8, 1X4 weighted crunches: 35 3X12 felt good, bit of struggle on sqwuats and bench but felt good, im skipping rows until fri or next monday because i sort of twinged something in my upper mid back on the right side and didnt want to chance it. pullups and squats dont bother it, we will see if deadlifts do or not on wed. 153 this morning, wednesday next workout

squats: 130-150-170-170 X5 ohp: 70-80-90-100 X5 deadlifts: 180-200-220-240 weighted crunches: 35 3X12 thought id miss this workout today but found time, long night ahead tho, just drove 3 hrs home then going to chicago to see sigur ros, then driving back to school, so a long night ahead haha next workout friday, starting next week ill be, hopefully, passing previous 5rms

forgot to post 2 workouts last friday: squats: 130-150-170-190 X5, 215X3, 170 X8 bench: 90-105-120-135 X5, 155 X2, 120X8 row: 60-75-90-105X5, 125X3, 90X8 missed bench, reset rows, hit squats last monday: squats: 135-155-175-195 X5, 215X3...missed 2 reps bench: 90-105-120-135 X5, 150 X3...stayed same weight, missed 2 reps so actually down rows: 65-80-95-110-125 X5 crunches: 35 3X13 was feeling pretty beat up and regressed a bit w bench there, decided to take the week off, resetting monday at probably 2nd week of original start. feeling well rested now, itching to lift again monday

squats: 115-135-155-175-195 X5 bench: 75-90-105-120-135 X5 row: 60-75-90-105-120 X5 weighted crunches: 35 3X13 felt good, feeling rested overall which is good...started at the 2nd week for most exercises and i think first for rows because i screwed up that progression next workout wednesday morning

squats: 115-135-155-155 X5 ohp: 60-70-80-90 X5 deadlifts: 165-185-205-225 X5 pullups: 2X5 crunches: 35 3X13 felt good, started on third week for ohp bc i feel that still has more progression potential than the rest for some reason, started low on pullups so i can keep progressing instead of stalling, usually on 2X8 or so friday morning next workout
