Drive to gym, get there at 8:45am, eat a banna and an apple + apple juice
Workout at 9:05am

Get to work at 11am: (eats 2 everything bagels from Einstein Bagels) (2 cuos of water)
1pm: 5 pizza slices, 1 glazed donut, 3 cups of water
2:15pm: Nitrix (3 Tablets), 2 cups of water
3pm: Lean Cuisine, 2 Cups of water
5pm: Meal Replacement Shake w/Bannana
7pm: Goldfishes (1 cup of water)
8:40pm: Nitrix 3 Tablets (2 cups of water)
9:24 (NOW) about to eat a big meal

Been working out for 2 years and nutrition is JUST becoming vital in my mind... I have a hard time eating at work, but i want to GAIN weight and i know that this is nowhere i need to be... suggestions?
