- Take Nitrix (3 pills with plenty of water) Immediately upon wakeup

Drive to gym, get there at 8:45am, eat a banna and an apple + apple juice

Workout at 9:05am
Includes:

Skull Crushers
4 sets at 8 reps (90lbs, 100lbs, 105lbs, 110lbs)

Tricep Pulldown (200lbs (compound machine) ) 4 sets of 6

Tricep w/Rope (90lbs) 4 sets of 10

Behind the head tricep blast (30lbs) 4 sets of 10


Get to work at 11am: (eats 2 everything bagels from Einstein Bagels) (2 cuos of water)

1pm: 5 pizza slices, 1 glazed donut, 3 cups of water

2:15pm: Nitrix (3 Tablets), 2 cups of water

3pm: Lean Cuisine, 2 Cups of water

5pm: Meal Replacement Shake w/Bannana

7pm: Goldfishes (1 cup of water)

8:40pm: Nitrix 3 Tablets (2 cups of water)

9:24 (NOW) about to eat a big meal

Been working out for 2 years and nutrition is JUST becoming vital in my mind... I have a hard time eating at work, but i want to GAIN weight and i know that this is nowhere i need to be... suggestions?

1:00pm: 2 Pieces of pizza w/meat and chicken strips (aprox handful) that i cooked myself (2 cups of water)

3:00pm: 1 Slize of pizza, and some popcorn to hold me off (at work) (2 cups of water)

5:45pm: More chicken pieces (2 cups of water)

9:15: Nitrix (2 cups of water)

10:00pm: Lean Cuisine meal, bagel and whatever else i am going to choose (2 cups of water)

I ran out of protein :-( ... This is not working for me... the 2 hours between meals is killing me...im constantly hungry now. I know i took more portions that i did not list i just cant remember and im STILL hungry all day. I ordered protein so that should be added to it. BUt still needing lots of improvement

The triceps were BLASTED even with just the 3 exercises. I am somewhat scared about ending up at 190lbs within 3 days, which is an increase of 6lbs. I feel a lot bigger, and only "bad" big today because of the drinking (i feel as if i cheated myself)
tomorrow is biceps (but im not sure because of my elbow . . . might to legs instead)

I feel really dizzy while writing this so im making it short

(took my nitrix all day) had a total of 2 scoops no-xplode 1 scoop at 2pm and 1 scoop at 10:00pm before doing legs (also ate before legs)

ate very well all day

only did two leg exercises because i have tennis elbow again! (ahhh this is really frustrating me and it KILLS)

came home around 11:15 washed car... feeling very drained of energy...extremely...very dizzy.. MUST EAT something soon (have to wait another 30 minutes due to Nitrix)

... can't write more.. too tired

***Going back to work***

I decided to take the day off today and ignore biceps and take a 3 day weekend from lifting. My elbow has been acting up as it was two weeks ago, and i cannot identify the problem. It seemed like tennis elbow but now im not sure. I am only 20 and practice good form. I dont believe anything is torn, but i have yet to get an MRI (x-ray showed nothing as of structural damage)

went to the hospital today after doing cable biceps... EXTREME pain in my elbow (THIS IS REALLY frustrating... as ive given it sufficient time to heal for the past 6 months)

Quick Update on Elbow


  • Infection developed from razor blade cutr right below elbow over 6 months ago (never professionaly treated)
  • Left elbow has been hurting off and on for about 6 months (never associated it with previous infection)
  • Pain became unbearable
  • Initial Xray showed nothing upon inspection of technician
  • Orthopedic doctor, saw calcium buildup on the Xray (pissed off at previous technician)
  • Same doctor saw my scar from past infection and questioned when it had occured
  • 3 days after seeing the doctor and having him poke my elbow, elbow becomes really tender
  • 4 days after seeing the doctor i develop a new infection that appears on the surface of the elbow
  • Current: Waiting to see the doctor again. Praying for the best

Not a very productive back day, cannot remember the sets/reps since i was completely worried about the hospital. Hit some good reps on the wide grip lats, some good weight too... 3 plates. But all in all...not a good journal entry.
