Creatine is not bad, it helps you as you noticed yourself you don't feel sore just as long anymore, meaning there is progress. But unless you don't get enough proper nutrients in your diet or food your eating then ye go ahead and take it, but as mentioned already make sure you control the amount you intake for each day so you don't go over and have surplus just floating in your body.

About what one poster said about me having a bad diet... nuh uh. My family are health nuts and i eat healthier then anyone i know. My favorite food is cottage cheese for gods sake.

Maybe you should look at creatine more as something that will replenish and repair your muscles, allowing you to workout more, Its in meat, but theres no way you can afford to eat that much chicken or steak. You should be fine, I just ordered Creatine now, for the first time.
