ya i get a bunch of hot sauce from taco bell and use that for the rice and eggs

tapatio hot sauce FTW! double the size of tobassco, taste 10x better and its only like $1 for a huge thing of it. greatest mexi hot sauce evar the end.  OMG!! they sell a case of 24 bottles (5oz bottles) for $20! ahahah im mi there! http://www.tapatiohotsauce.com/products.aspx?product=5oz.htm

oh Tapatio is the best stuff. I like it better than Tobasco. You can get real good hot sauces in the Hispanic or Asian sections of the store.

I do know Eggs, Tobasco Sauce & Tuna is great... Never did think about putting brown rice with eggs. Humm... Maybe I will add some Brown rice to all of it and create a meal. Sounds yummy!

Went out last night and bought my first bag of brown rice. Tossed it in the rice cooker before bed. Got tons of it to eat today. Just did some with chicken, not to bad. Fills the stomach. Taste could be worse. I'm use to white rice, brown don't seem to different to me.

Vegetable Stir-Fry: Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Onion, String Beans, Broccoli, Cauliflower all thrown onto a pan with a dash of olive oil
Grilled Chicken: Grill the chicken and add montreal seasoning with a cajun kick.
Add the brown rice. Golden.
Current Supplements: Multi-Vitamin, Glucosamine/Chondrotin, Vitamin C Current Cycle: Stength "Run to live, and live to run."

yea i recently added tomatoes,green onion and squash in the the rice and eggs...so good!

Dude... you're just discovering brown rice w/ egg whites and hot sauce? Haha, better late than never. I also eat my brown rice with just grilled chicken... or turkey burgers. ALWAYS with hot sauce though.

Hey still on the topic of rice here, but i gota question but didnt feel the need to start a new thread. Is brown rice MUCH better than white rice. What benefits does brown rice provide that you will not get from white rice. I personally enjoy brown rice more than white rice, but my dad refuses to cook with brown rice, so i will be eating white rice instead.

Much more nutritional value. White rice is brown rice stipped of the outter layer which holds most of the nutrients and fiber.
Cook a big batch of brown rice and keep it in the fridge, I do this once a week and use it as I need it, works great.
