GREAT SUCCESS!!!!!!
I tried uploading my original image and that worked. Yours did also. I see the maximum size was upgraded to 60kb too.

Looks good! Yea... I upped the size to 60kb which shouldn't be a problem for most images people want to use. I put in a word with the developer as well about telling users why the upload failed. In one of the next bug fixes released it will now tell you why your image didn't upload.
