And another thing, when I click the reply symbol next to a topic (the little yellow paper with the arrow), it isn't taking me to the latest reply, but the beginning of the thread instead.

Also, when I open up a window to reply, I used to be able to exit out of the actual thread and the reply box would stay up.  Now the reply box goes away with the thread when I click the X.

In regards to #1, if you're on a page which lists all the threads in that forum, you're clicking on the icon to the far right (which when you mouse over says something like "take me to the last thread" ?). On my browser (Firefox 3) it takes me to the last thread... so if it's not working for you let me know what browser and version you're using so I can submit a bug report to the developer.

#2... The reply window isn't actually a new window. The last version of the software we used had a completely new window pop up. This new version is a popup within a page. You can close the popup within that page... but if you close that window, you'll be closing both the forum and the reply window together.
