Weight is going up and down from 208 and 212. But I am very lean my waist is down to 32 inches my chest is up to 44 1/2 inches my arms are 16 3/4 inches. I did not measure my quads yet but I got some more stretch marks on them so I am sure they have grown as well. I just jumped on some M-drol last week. I am running something else I can't talk about it starting this week, if you want to know PM me.. It's a first for me though never ran it ever in my life.. Anyways I did leg press a few days ago and I started with 1 plate for 50 reps then 2 plates for how ever many reps like 20 I think.. then 3 plates for 10 then 4 plates for 10 then 5 plates for 8 then i stopped there... I hit 110 on the skull crushers now for easy 10 reps behind the neck sitting straight up. I can probably do those 80's for 10 reps now I have not tried yet.. I hit the flat bench for the first time in months... I started with 225 for 10 easy reps then 235 for 10 then I was kinda tired and only did 245 for 7 reps :( Pretty lame.. I started doing pull ups with a weight belt so I strap a 25lb plate to my self and can do 10 I can strap a 35lb plate and do 7 - 8. . I need to buy my own weight belt now though cause that was at a buddies gym. My abdominal training is a bit weird more like calisthenics on back day. Feet extend infront of my into pull ups back down leg raise back into pull ups. The T bar rows on the barbell I would like to be doing 6 plates.. As far as my look goes I seem to get ALOT! more attention now.. My buddies told me I am looking pretty damn good without the shirt I have a real illusion of size going on, the only problem is I could use a bit more mass to look bigger in some of my clothes. I had to get rid of some clothes though because my elbows tore through the sleeves and I ripped a whole down the back of one of my shirts tieing my shoes.. I mean I did not add a crap load of size or anything it's just I was 20lbs lighter like 3 months ago and I was not as lean. Drinking has been good.. I have one can of mickeys before I go out and maybe a bud at the bar, I only drink one night a week.. I couldn't just totally shut it off. Anyway Yet you got to add me onto your myspace if your reading this :)

Thats prity good i felt jelous as nything reading that, m-drol is a superdrol clone right? what supporting supplements are you running? theres a decent product called cycle support by competictive edge labs, and its got the whole lot milk thistle, saw palameno, celary seeds etc etc etc. same happened to me on flat bench is swapped it for weighted dips for 8 weeks, when i finished it i was repping 265* 8, and now that ive swapped back to flat bench ive lost a rep, even though my dip weight went from bw+90 , 7 times, to 100, 8 times, i was expecting to of added a heap of strength to my bench but in fact its gone the oppostite way!

Ill run that for 5 - 8 weeks then jump on the tren then onto the halodrol.. I just don't plan on stopping to be real with you... I am not sure how big I am right now cause I have not checked my weight but umm.. I feel pretty good and keep getting compliments so I must be getting bigger lol

Is that the version that Anabolic Extreme make? I've just heard good things about it.

If you want a cheaper version of Superdrol try Competitive edge labs M-DROL.....it rocks. I tried the liquigells (Halodrol) it was ok....but nothing near SD. I'm starting M-drol TODAY....HaHaHa....I'm so stoked!
Current supps: Cell Tech,Superpump 250,Animal pak,ON 100% whey ,P-Plex,MDROL,Perfect cycle,ForMadrol Extreme,Hawthorne berry,SAw Palmetto,Red yeast,CoQ10

LoL ... I am so much smaller it's funny.. I mean it's not a horrible thing though it's just kind of weird.. I mean I dropped freaking 15lbs and my arms are 16 and a quarter.. I mean that's not that big but that's not that small either. They were 16 and three quarters pumped.. right now pumped they are about 16 1/2. I am thinking I might look pretty dope at 185 with 16 1/2 inch arms lol.. they probably be down to 16 by then though. I just thought it was funny cause my boy was like dude your getting BIG! and I am like yeah but watch what happens when I put my shirt on lol.

It's funny how people's goals change. You used to want to be 240, now you want to be 185.

I may actually just stick to 190lbs yet lol... 185 might look a little insane lol. I should be a pretty big 185 at this height though due to the small frame. Honestly I look way better in this weight range now.. Alot better! I still want to be 240 don't get me wrong.. But I am willing to wait now. I mean I got to 215lbs I think even for a min there I was slightly over it. Maybe in the next 3 years I will bulk to 230 or something then cut to 205 or 210. Then after that go to 240 and cut down to 210 or so.. It's never going to end, but in the long run you can only put on so much muscle per year. I am a newbie anyways.. My homie who is all ripped to shreds has trained for 6 years and cut from 220 to 164 but he was a fat guy. The other two friends I got trained for 5 years. I mean I have for 2 1/2 maybe almost 3.. Not 3 though but close to it. Just got a long ways to go bro ;)
