I really want to be around this size again... I mean it's not like huge but I like it.. I was getting alot of girls here.. I was actually taking this for some really hot girl I was dating. I want to be like a tad bigger then I was here and more defined.. That would be perfect for me.. I think I was around 206 here.. My waist was pretty small though and I did have abs, I should have taken it without the shirt. Anyways I am not asking for much I just think i don't look so good right now.

Can't see the picture. If you're lacking in the chest part, try hitting your lats instead of your triceps.

Creation, I actually won't go under 8 reps anymore.. I don't get as much of a pump with 6 or below.. Yet I think my problem is mostly with my triceps then chest.. My chest looks pretty good, I am lacking in the tricep department though. Not to worried though I pretty much just need more size all around, I am a slender guy. I like my shape but to be real all my lifts are not all that great except for the shoulders. I figure when I put on another 10 - 15lbs my strength might get back up there. Thanks for the words of encouragement Wicked.

Ah, if you know you have weak tri's than work on that. Lats are just as important (if not more) as triceps when it comes to benching.

But Yet, the lats are an antagonist muscle in the Bench Press. The biceps brachii are a stabiliser yeah, but the lats do NOTHING. They support the joints through the movement but they're not actually stimulated in anyway. Keeping your lats in line is just mainly a proportion issue rather than a strength one. If you're looking to Bench more, work on delts and tris. I'd recommend the Dumbbell Push Press - great exercise. Look into it. Hope that helps.

A pump and muscle growth dont really go hand in hand, Big heavy weights build big heavy muscles. Reguardless of Frame size if your on illegal **** or PH's you will grow if you eat enough and give your body enough time to recovery. If your working your muscles hard enough to grow you cant work 2 days in a row or you will OT, your CNS needs 24 hours to recover and muscles dont recover until your CNS has recovered.

You would think so creation.. I use to think that .. But when I get to around 210 - 213 I just **** more lol.. seriously eat a bunch of food and it comes out 1 - 2 hours later ill **** like 3 - 4 times a day.. Bulking from 190 - 200 is easy only **** like once a day the body metabolizes the food. Sometimes you just have to wait for your self to age and your metabolism to slow down. Genetics play a huge roll my friends don't eat nearly as much but they are way bigger. Also heavy weight = heavy muscles.. isn't exactly the truth.. Hypertrophy is not enduced as much with lower reps say 5 - 6 as it is with higher reps like 8 - 12. More body builders actually train for the pump. When they say go heavy they are still shooting for more reps but they go until failure with good form. Never totally failing but they push them self and keep adding to the weight. As long as your progressing with weight and sticking to the 8 - 10 reps I don't see anything wrong with that. There are plenty of guys way skinnier then me who are much stronger.

you mentioned that you threw up multiples times AFTER you lifted. what did you eat before lifting, and how soon before you went to the gym? did you take any type of supplements at all before you went to the gym? just curious

Wyrms But Yet, the lats are an antagonist muscle in the Bench Press. The biceps brachii are a stabiliser yeah, but the lats do NOTHING. Incorrect. The wider your lat spread is, the more stability you have on the bench. The more stable you are on the bench, means more force generated from your legs to move the weight. If it makes you feel better though my bench isn't the greatest for my weight/height. 5'7 ~202 pounds, 325x5 bench. Sorry to hijack IBB lol.
