Alrighty, it is your training dude. I suggest you reading the "3 DAY FULL BODY" sticky thread in the Critique My Training section.
5'8.1" Age = 19 started in February 16th 2007: 58kg (127.6lbs) current : around 79-80kg (173.8lb-176lb)

sorry, havent been able to post back here. Anyway, I rearanged my diet and training, was eating 5000 ish cal a day but it was alot of carbs, and carb supplements mixes into protein ( just one was almost 1000 cal.) obviously that was a bad idea. Eating aroung 3000-3500 now and training in 4 sets of 10 reps. I've gaines 24 lbs, some of it fat though im pretty sure, kind of "thickened up" strength has gone up fairly well, any other advice? What are some really good things to eat? I know my basics pretty well but the best way to learn is from people who do it themselves. Thanks for the feedback

nice 24 lb in a month? guessing alot of it is fat but still goodjob..also the outback aussie cheese fries beat that oreo shake 2900 calories.
