Well...considering I was 127...nothing impossible there :) And of course I upped my bodyfat in the process, but at the end of the weeks I managed to even it out again.

dude you cannot gain 15 pounds of quality weight in 2 weeks, the max muscle will be around 3-4 pounds and that is MAX, so you are saying you gained 11-12 pounds of fat?

15 pounds in 2 weeks I think thats a new world record. what is that 3,000 + 3,500(1 pound of fat)= 6,500 calories a day?

Possibly noobie gains though. Depending on body type, some people can gain REALLY fast when they first start. 15 pounds seems like too much, though.

well a few years back i ate 2 double whoppers w/ cheese, large fries and a large coke from burger king in 1 sitting. that equals 2952 calories in one setting. 5000 dirty is attainable.
No the leg press is not the same as doing squats.

Not bad dbmobley01 I once got a large BLT chicken sandwhich meal and then another free sandwhich with my gold card. After I was finished with that my friend didn't finish his fries and I had those too thats gotta be round 3,000 too.

VERY NICE! ever hear of taco johns? my colleague and i got a little carried away one day... each ordered 6 hardshells (with sour cream of course!) and a pound of potatoe ole's a piece. after we were done the owner personally came out and thanked us and gave us each a choco taco (ice cream in a chocolate shell)...along with a large drink. the girl at the register says "12 hardshells" on the microphone, everyone in there turned and looked at us. one of my prouder moments........ 5000 can be done...and it can be a lot of fun!!!
