Would a cheap brand of creatine from krogers be the same stuff as more expensive stuff from say GNC. It cost 10 bucks and its in a small container pure white pretty close feeling and looking to baking soda.

Look at the ingredients of each, and look at the nutritional values of each, and also servings. Then you'll know your answer.
