yeah its important that, that happens however i always get the impression that people think around here that if you have taken phs or aas that everything you have achieved is because of them.

I don't think that's the case at all.. there may be a few very young people on here who have misconceptions but for the most part.. I think everyone understands..
 
the biggest issue I see is people talking about or even doing them before needed.. If someone is going to use a PH or steroids.. they should at least wait until they've trained consistently for 5-8 years and have as much natural development as possible.. others may disagree but that's just my opinion.

Currently using Mri black powder, BCAAs, animal cuts, beta alanine, milk thistle, Cytosport whey, ON casein, Zmax, T bomb II, flax seed, carnitine & conjugated linoleic acid. Going to hit M-drol in the new year.

When did they start using pounds in the Uk other than a name for thier money? Last time I was over lifting in Europe all was in Kilo. Had to convert before you lift. What a pain.

Yep we have to convert it, though its not much of a problem if your mental arithmatic is a tiny bit above average...
 
Every 2.5kg plate is 5.5lbs, every 5kg plate is 11lbs, every 10kg is 22, 20kg is 44
 
just add them up in your head when adding plates to the 44 bar, its not terribly hard, but it is a pain admittedly

to THE ONE AND ONLY YET

juice juice juice... i did an aas cycle one year ago.. which got my bench from 275 to 300 then i lost it all.
which i regret for the two reasons the ****started to make me go bald, and i lost everything waste of time really.., but yeah ive done two mild ph cycles since then, increased it to 330 ish now im holding around there.., but i like to think its more than ''juice'' ie hard training, good nutrition' (TRY IT YOU MIGHT GROW'') 

TBH  people can say what they want, but i no im a strong mo fo, i regret the 1 cycle of aas because im 100 % sure i would of got much bench to at least 315 naturally.., but i have learnt..

yh thats is correct it gave me an advantage which i probably didnt need at the time, however my buddy copied what i did, and gained bugger all well 5 pounds of water that he thought was muscle till it all went in one week. his routine was 5 sets of bench press 15 reps same barbel curls same shoulder presses then some upright rows, his die,t goodfellows pizzas twice aday, and some weetabix for breakfact.. i did try telling him, but like most people around here he thought steroids were the holy grail for getting big.. ha the goon gained nothing except terrible thinning hair, and loss of sex drive... he also took a monster dose which again i said not to but hey more has got to be most certainly better he learnt his lesson,, oyh after it was the same **** genetics excuse!
