Ok I figured I would post an outline of my diet to get some ideas on how to make it better.
10 am - Cytogainer w/ Bcaas & Multivitamins
**reason why there is such a gap here is because of school*
2 - Pasta & chicken and handful or 2 of peanuts
4-5 - pasta and chicken with nuts or cheese on side & bcaas
7-8 - Dinner..usually steak or chicken or whatver with vegetables
9-10 - chicken and whatever looks good maybe a shake cheese/peanuts
before bed - going to start taking cassein and bcaas
**this is my off day..usualy workout days i eat less around workout time then stuff my face later on
Ok this isnt my exact diet obviously because I sometimes eat in between meals and sometimes eat more. Anyways besides that long span in the morning I think its pretty good right ?
Anyways I was wondering if there was any good foods besides nuts or cheese that are high callorie that can help me pack on some pounds.
