i use the heavy ones i have a pair of screw on db's. they have about 15 pounds on them which isn't useful anymore. what can i do with 15 lb db's besides shoulder side raises?

yes, bowflex db's are either 599 for the ones that go to 52.5lbs and 699 for the ones that go to 90lbs

Yeah those dumbells are not bad at all, I thought about getting them on sale from amazon for like 299$ but then I started using more weight.

There are some blok / block ones that look a lot better engineered and sturdier. http://www.powerblock.com/

I use hex dumbbells, 12Lb, 15Lb, 25Lb, I need to get some 35ers. they are mostly for arm work and flys...
