Work out plan - Monday, July 14, 2008 11:40 AM
What do you guys think of this plan I made? The numbers are the labeled workouts on the poster that came with bowflex cant really give any info on those...

Monday: Upper Body

ex: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11 x3 Sets

Tuesday: Lower Body

ex: 8, 9, 10 x4 Sets

Wednesday: OFF

ex: NONE

Thursday: Upper Body

ex: 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22 x2-3 Sets

Friday: Lower Body

ex: 20, 21, 22, 23 x4 Sets

Saturday/Sunday: OFF
ex: NONE

You should look into the difference between compound/isolation exercises, and different kinds of exercises for different muscle groups. - http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

Deadlifts and Squats should be your prayers and ExRx's directory your bible. lol

Those numbers right now mean nothing to me.

Yeah, they don't mean anything to anyone, until you guys see the actual workouts, I'm pretty soar after yesterdays start to this new plan. Infact im more soar than I've even been after a work-out...
