How can I set a diet on my own - Sunday, July 13, 2008 2:56 PM
Yea well I just got the biggest down ever. Basically I was 170lbs back in january and since then i just kept training weekly with no real routine, at some point I was doing a 5x5. I just used the scale today, guess what? i'm 170 lbs again. Basically I didn't move weight for the past 6 months. It is really disapointing but hey what can I say, I never really had a diet, i've just been trying to stuff my face the best I could.

Plus, My lifts didn't go up much I have been stalled pretty much all the time which I blame on my diet too cause I heard if you wanna get strong you need to eat as much as if you wanted to get big?

I asked around about how dieteticians (sp) work and I got told it costs a couple 100's cause they track you etc etc, so basically i'd avoid going there.

I won't give up on bulking I haven't gave up my last breath yet i WILL make it but I just really need help to design a diet that will make me get pounds on... I am not giving up but i am very desperate...

I have no clue on all the nutriments like carbs and stuff so if anyone is in the range of 6foot, 170lbs and ectomorph had a diet that has worked for em, pass it pls?

If ever you have tricky mixes you use prior to bed or something like mix 10 spoon of peanut butter with milk and a banana or stuff like that pass it too... i'll do anything!

(are weight gainers any dangerous if I train really hard like on a HST routine?)

weight gainers arent dangerous i take one everyday, it is best to eat real food for calories and nutrients but after a certain point it is just hard to get enough cals down and thats where a weight gainer comes in

Do weight gainers even work?  I know a bunch of friends who tried them, and said it was B.S.
