has anybody heard anything about these product? i recently purchased the AGK nitric stack and its only been a week but i definitly feel the pump when in the gym. ill give a review when i know more..but if anyone has tried it before, let me know..this is whats in it so tell me what you think:
1scoop:
arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 3000mg
creatine alpha-ketoglutarate 3000mg
glutamine alpha-ketoglutarate 2000mg
ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate 850mg
l-taurine 2000mg
supplements im using:
AGK nitric stack -twice a day
wheybolic extreme 60 protien- twice on workout days
gnc mega men sport
fish oil
is there anything that i could do better or any recomendations..anything i could add or do away with?? any imput would be great

creatine, bcaa's, beta-alanine......there are alot more you could be taking

it has some creatine in it but i could use more? BCAA's, whats a good product that you would use?

well im open to suggestions..my goal is to put on about 20lbs..i just want to do it right and healthy
