kre-alkalyn?

I have started to hear about kre-alkalyn. Jas anybody use this? Is it really any better than creatine? Normal creatine hurt my stomach will kre-alkalyn really not do that?

never heard of it hurting stomach.... do you drink water?
its produced in your own body,,, are you sure its creatine hurting you stomach,,, are you sure it wasnt nothing?

yes it was creatine! I have a very bad stomach and i have acid reflux. I know it was creatine cause when i stopped the pain went away. I only took the 1 tablespoon in a glass of gatorade.

The acid reflux has a big part in the pain, I am 99% sure, you are adding something that the stomach cannot deal with because it is dealing with an enivironment that is more acidic than normal.
