Hi,

As a begginer I'm browsing through and reading a lot. I would like to ask how I can get a body like this? (not the bossom of course :)

- What kind of diet and exercise routine would I need?
  And how long will it take?
I'm a begginer right now.

to be honest thats just really skinny and cardio would do it, there doesnt seem to be any muscle mass so if you want a physique similar to that cardio and eat right.  In my honest opinion more muscle mass would look a lot better.

Yes to get her body, you are really going to have to say good bye to food forever, and do quite a bit of cardio.

But again to get that lean and small, your diet is most important, and minimal.

I don't want to offend you and where you are comming from, but it would serve you better in the long run to ditch the anorexic is sexy ideal, get some (not a huge amount as that is very difficult to do do), muscle, become lean, fit, healthy, curvey and STRONG.

I also looked at the link provided by the new member, ummm,  (and I just glanced) there are better ways to get fit then 5 days of vacuums. Although some of the basic info provided is right on target, the routines are.... you could spend your time more wisely.

i don't think that girl was anorexia skinny.  i think she was sucking in a lot.
 
although to the OP, a fit "tone" girl is way hotter than skin and bones!!
No the leg press is not the same as doing squats.

I feel like she's just sucking in her stomach a lot.. it doesn't look like a very natural pose/posture.

And as far as her rack goes... I think that's just her outfit pressing them up like that. Sports/pushup bra type of deal... they look good to me.

skin and bones is like putting a nail into a piece of wood.  can be painful after awhile.
