to be honest thats just really skinny and cardio would do it, there doesnt seem to be any muscle mass so if you want a physique similar to that cardio and eat right. In my honest opinion more muscle mass would look a lot better.

I don't want to offend you and where you are comming from, but it would serve you better in the long run to ditch the anorexic is sexy ideal, get some (not a huge amount as that is very difficult to do do), muscle, become lean, fit, healthy, curvey and STRONG.
I also looked at the link provided by the new member, ummm, (and I just glanced) there are better ways to get fit then 5 days of vacuums. Although some of the basic info provided is right on target, the routines are.... you could spend your time more wisely.
