essential fatty acids are not necessary?

leg_beast, the stack looks pretty good.  with the creatine, i'd also go to GNC and buy some beta-alanine.  studies have proved creatine is more effective with beta alanine.

Did some research on beta alanine, and it sounds like a good idea. I'm going to get some. Thanks for the suggestion.

Do you know when you are supposed to take beta alanine?

Also when should I take each of my supps? Specifically, the aminos, animal pak, glutamine, fish and flax oil.

Thanks.

i'm not exactly sure when to take beta alanine, i'm pretty sure it's before you work out though

as for the other substances: multivitamin is good right when you wake up (after you eat breakfast) or after you eat dinner.
Creatine: should tell you on the label.  I've had different creatines tell me different things before.  some say before and after, some just say after.
Shock Therapy: pre workout (obviously)
Amino's: should tell you on the label, i'm not exactly sure
Flax Oil: should tell you somewhere on the label.  I have 1 spoonful with breakfast and 1 with dinner.
Fish Oil: i take them when i wake up, with my multivitamin

What exactly is aminos? If amino was what you meant, you could take them right after you wake up, before a workout, and after a workout.

The animal pak should go along with the breakfast, glutamine should be taken right after a workout.

Fish oil is best taken when starting your day.

that's an awful alot of pills when you wake up.  i'd take the fish oil and flax oil with your mid-morning snack, just for your stomach's sake.

Looks good. You could take the creatine postWO because shock therapy has some creatine in it. Then you would get some before and after. You could also take aminos pre or post WO so that they are available right away after WO.

I thought with beta alanine you were supposed to just take tiny amounts continuously throughout the day, in order to avoid flushing or whatever.

pre and post workout and if you take it on off days take it at some point on empty.

Creatine should be preworkout. Animal pak should be with your preworkout meal or supps. I'd take the fishoil and flax at seperate times... no use putting your omegas all in the same part of the day.
If it wasn't painfully difficult then you didn't do it right
