yea the best 2 mile I did was 15:35. I haven't run in quite a while. My friend just told me she did a 4 in 28:30. Not shabby.

When I was your age and your weight I could run below a 5:30 mile and then it slowly got worse and worse until last year i did a high 6 and died, but now im back down in the mid 5s.

My girlfriend's brother can run a 4:16 I think. Something ridiculous like that. He's 6'2" and around 165 though.

My jogging route is a little over eleven miles. It takes me 95-100 minutes to finish.

I just ran in a 5k race on Friday and finished in 34:25, which I was happy with. But I'm in the 25-29 age group and the 1st place was in something a little over 15 minutes, he beat everyone in the race by about 3 minutes though.

My last 3 mile was 20 minutes. I started sprinting hills instead of distance running to keep my muscle.

The same girl I mentioned above can do sub 19:00 5k. Crazy people. I'm considering entering a sprint tri in the fall and that finishes with a 5k. It'd probably take me 35-40 minutes right now.
