Thursday, July 03, 2008 10:34 AM
I was watching a ronnie coleman video on you tube and he was talking about how some guys suggested whereing his weightbelt with not only squating but with every other excersise even on uppers days and even when he eats his 5meals a day...I guess he said its because the BB world has new regulations about waste size bcause everyone was getting way to big...Now im not even close to needing to do this to get my waste smaller because im still bulking but when i stop would everyone suggest this or is this possibly a bad thing?? http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=818134138881187781&q=ronnie+coleman+interview&ei=pg1tSLGIOITErwLQq8ll&hl=en

Unless you are lifting extremely heavy amounts of weight, belts are nothing more than a fashion accesory
17 years old 180 pounds dirty bulk= fail X-repper forever On the race to 190 and 17 inch arms

belts are not needed unless you are maxing as said, all they do is compress the stomach cavity to produce stability. edit: and for the record i think ronnie is a real stand up guy, much props to him
