cramps after stretching

Hello, Sometimes my feet and calves get cramped when I'm on the treadmill, even after a half hour of good stretching prior to starting the walk/run. What could be some causes of this? Thanks for any help.

Cramps usually come from being dehydrated. Stretching is important, but drinking water is even more important. You should be drinking around a gallon a day of water, sometimes more during workout days. Also, I believe sodium and potassium help with cramps so drink some gatorade, eat a banana, etc.
Current Supplements: animal pak, whey, no shotgun
