Rippedchick is right, sleep is the main thing your going to need. I pulled my arm the other week trying to deadlift 200 and look ripped. The only thing that looked ripped after that was my shorts.
Anyhow, just sleep on it. It will take a while but it works better than anything. Ice works for a little while but its definitly not worth carrying around. Don't listen to any of that massage(sp?) crap. It feels good for about a hour but afterwards it feels like someone hit you in the arm with a baseball bat.
