Awsome workout

Started out with Romanian Deadlifts 5x5

Upright Close Grip Rows 4x5-8

Wide grip pulls up assisted 2x 6-8

Wide Grip lat pull downs started at 140 dropped 20 lbs each time i failed so 140 120 100 etc. (dropsets)

Heavy Barbell Curls 3x 5-7

On a side note i feel like when i start out with a Power move like squats or deadlifts im stronger on my other lift following it or BOLD is doing its job haha.

This is my last 2 weeks before PCT its been a good run and im kind of excited to almost be done i hate having to worry about taking my 4 pills spread through out the day

So far did it reach my expectations? currently YES. 2 weeks ago no...I guess i was expecting this compound to be like Anabolic steroids and in 12 weeks i would get retrarded ripped haha, but it doesnt quite work like that on legal PH's. However, I cant complain about the fact that ive had 0 negative side effects. Sometimes i have trouble sleeping but i think its when i take my BOLD pill to late in the day or it could have been cause it was close to when i stopped smoking weed. That **** is for sure out of my system finally it took for ****ing ever, Now i dream every night and wake up refreshed... dreaming kicks ass haha.

Well see happens in the next 2 weeks.

And i hope this log has helped anyone else looking for an edge in gains or to blast through a plateau.

Changing how i do my 3 day split for the next 4 weeks instead of the full body days

Mon - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
* Incline press - warm-up sets, 1 work set
* Flat flyes - 1 work set
* Millitary press - 1 warm-up, 1 work set
* Lateral flyes - 1 work set
* Rear delt machine - 1 work set
* Tricep pushdowns - 1 warm-up, 1 work set
* Lying tricep extensions - 1 work-set

Wed - Quads, Hams, Calves
* Squats - warm-ups, 1 work set
* Leg press - work set
* Leg extension - work set
* Leg curl - warm-up, work set
* Stiff leg deadlift - work set
* Standing calf raise - work set

Fri - Abs, Back, Bis
* Rope crunches - warm up, work set
* Lat pull down - warm-ups, work set
* Deadlift - warm-up, work set
* Bent-over rows - work set
* Shrugs - work set
* Standing BB curls - warm up, work set
* Concentration curl - work set

im only doing one working set of 4-8 reps with 100% all out.

Apperently the nervous system takes approx 24 hours to recover and muscles dont recover till after your nervous system does, therefore if train 2 days in a row you may be using different body parts but the same nervous system by the time your nervous system recovers and your muscles start repairing chances are you will already have hit that same bodypart again without being full repaired.

In 4 weeks my arms will be 15 1/2 inches - 16 inches i hope!

I did do some random meaurements pretty much everything increasd but im not posting til complete end of 12 week cycle
