I also got the 1000g micronized creatine for 20 bucks to have on hand when i start PCT So ya im set for like 3 months woot!

WOW is all i can say todays workout was retarded my str was through the roof and the pump hurt like hell. A warm up set for wide grip pull downs 1 set of BW wide grip pull ups followed by lat pull downs to get 10 reps 2 x sets on assisted pull up mahcine (wide grip) Bench Press 3 x 8-12 BB curls 3 x 8-12 Skull Crushers 3x 8-12 Upright Rows with close grip 3 x 8-12 I keep rep range in that area but i either add wieght or reps every workout to ensure progression. Starting next week ima add a set to everything every week till week 9.

nice bro. You use that supercharge? its good? im doing something similar to what your doing but it would be totally against DBB rules if i said anything...does your pct need nolvadex?

naa i just ordered the super charge I cant wait to use it and as far as PCT according to vaughn and a few other resources 6-oxo + testabalon is sufficient for PCT but im going to add in micronized creatine and possibly get the new Iforce product Reversitol. Honestly Bold is like the safest PH out there i did alot of researching on the compound and its pretty much the safest out there And its not methylted which is what sold me on it. and the fact i dont need nolvadex for PCT makes me happy. I really want to bump up to 1000mg/day to see what happens i emailed a rep on iforce and Vaughn so well see what they say. What alot of people arent doing tho and its why they are having less effective workouts is not enough quick digesting carbs. I take 50-70g pwoer gatorade before and 4 bcaas pills Another 50g During workout then 90g carbs and 30g protein immideteily when i leave the gym (i make it and have it in my car ready to go) But i did order some ON waizymaize or whatever the heck its called cause supposedly its absorbed super fast. But well see how this all worked out at the end of 12 weeks, caus ei dont really record what i eat i just eat..my body has gotten used to eating every 3 hours and i get hungry every 3 hours anyways and i eat slow so my body tells me when to stop eating. and every meal i have a fat lean protein and carbs. but it comes out roughly to 30g pro 100g carbs and 20g fat per meal 5-6 times a day.

Incredible workout except for 2 things I hate Benchpress it almost never feels right and i think im getting tendonitis or something after i do Bicep curls(i use very strict form and my elbows dont move up and down they stay at my side) the tendon on the inside of the bicep at the elbow hurts. Wide grip pulls (bodyweight) one set Assited Wide Grip pulls up - 4x8-12 BenchPress - 3x8-12 Bicep Curls - 3x8-12 Skull crushers - 4x8-12 with negatives after i failed Upright Close grip Rows - 4x8-12 superseted with Pushups So far ive been able to A) increase wieght or B) increase reps everytime time so im def progressing Im not sure if im very impressed with the Bold stack yet but its only the start of week 4. im going to stay at 800mg/day for this week but next week for sure i will be bumping up to 1000mg.day and starting next week im either going to a 3 day pull/push/legs split (mon-sat so twice a week) or ima stick with current split but add in super sets for 2 weeks then add in Explosive sets. As far as weight i am increasing in weight up to 205 as a morning weigh in so like 5lbs in 3 weeks..not bad.
