ON 100 % Gold Standard Whey.. its got a pretty good amino acid profile and is one of the better tasting whey proteins on the market..
i only use the vanilla icecream flavor and i love it
i have heard good things about the strawberry and chocolate flavors

its a little pricey but not too bad you get the best bang for your buck buying the 10lb bag for 70 $ ish

good luck and welcome to the forum!

Another thing is
I want to include this in my oatmeal(I eat oatmeal every morning)
And maybe mix a shake to carry to work for my second meal. But from what i see u can just add the EAS whey protein to water or something?

Im basically gonna be using this for a supplement between meals..

Im 19 i was 258 when i start dieting now im down to 241...still a large midsection but im workin on it. The only actual pills im on is Mega teens lol.....I wanted mega men but they said somethin bout me being young.

X2. It's the whey I get from now on. Good combo of isolate/concentrate as well, and high concentration of bcaa.

Both are extremely good, musclemilk isn't as good quality and it is extremely expensive but it is most likely the best tasting protein on the market. Isopure is extremely high quality, although i myself haven't ever tasted it.

So yah isopure is what im gettin @ $80 i forgot how much it is...

NATURE'S BEST PERFECT LOW CARB ISOPURE contains 50 grams of 100% Ion Exchange Whey Protein Isolate. Any and all impurities typically found in most whey proteins have been removed to provide you with a great tasting, lactose free, fat free, glutamine enriched, state of the art carbohydrate free protein supplement.

Will that much protein affect my cutting?? I noticed some reviewing saying it helped them and some saying it didnt so im wondering.

IM gonna use it for meal 2...Also would puttin it in my oatmeal be good or bad?

First of all, muscle milk isn't a pure whey protein, so it shouldn't be compared

Second, you are off your rocker if you think it is low quality.  Muscle Milk is a top quality casein/whey protein drink with fiber+MCTs.  All in one package, not to mention the best tasting supp on the market IMO

A friendly suggestion - don't waste your money on isopure.  Although it's 0 carb/pure isolate profile is great, it is not worth the extra $$.  Whey protein isn't something you need to be picky about, and if I were you, I would buy something more economical, and take the extra money and spend it on some good BCAAs if you're cutting.

I would go with ON 100% whey. 1 scoop is 24 g protein. I have used EAS, its a good deal but always jacked up my stomach, I think it was the glutamine they add to it. If money doesnt matter go with ON, if it does than the EAS is also good. Personally if its something that you use on a daily basis and your consuming large quantities of I would go with higher quality, others will disagree with this but its my own thing I guess.

I see wat ur saying...the thing is..Muscle milk is only $20 less..That sounds good also but the fact that isopure doesnt have alot of extra stuff in it sounds good to me lol.

i think your going to be a little sorry with the isopure. i bought mine because its low carb, low calorie, all that goos stuff. when i first tasted it i was like Wtf! this stuff tastes like s*** i think the stuff from sams club is way better tasting.. idk if its just me or what but i have to put alot of chocalate syrup and icecream in mine for it to taste at least half way decent and then its so high in fat theres no point in even drinking it. i bought the vanilla or icecream flavor whichever one of them they make. maybe a different flavor is better. i think they have like 7 or 8 different flavors out there.

Old thread, I know, but......

Is it illegal to ship beer from the Bahamas to the USA?  I would gladly ship you some EAS tubs in trade for some Kalik Gold!

LOL, it was just a thought!

I fell in love with Kalik Gold the first time I was in the Bahamas.  I bring some back with me everytime we go, but it never lasts long enough.  I can buy regular Kalik over the net, but it is expensive, and not the same as Kalik Gold.

Oh, well, I'll be back soon enough.

Not illegal to import, but to ship.  This got me to thinking today, so I did some looking.  The USPS strictly forbids it.  UPS and FedEx also will not allow it.  That is, shipping private party to private party.  Now, from a brewer to consumer is a different story.  I have had Kalik shipped to me before.  But I can only find one place in the US that will do so, and they don't carry Kalik Gold.     And the brewery does not export either.

I should clarify that.  I bring some home every time we go.  The Commonwealth Brewery does not export any Kalik, and I can only find one place in the US that manages to somehow get it here, and sells it over the net.  But it costs $48 for a 12-pack!  For that kind of money, I go get it myself!
