That's the triceps, and any of the exercises shown here will do the trick. I'm a big fan of the close grip bench press and triceps extension (both barbell and dumbbell), myself.

a great exercise to get rid of underarm flab is the dip. find a bench and put your hands on the edge, facing out while you assume a position like you are sitting in the air in front of the bench with your feet shoulder width apart on the ground in front of you. then just drop down and push yourself back up. It's harder the straiter you make your legs, and I like to set a 25 pound weight in my lap.

you missed a huge part of the dip ripped chick. If you want to do a dip that really concentrates on the under arm you need to keep your arms in and elbows close to your body. If your elbwos are out and arms far from your body you are doing more of a chest exercise rather than concentrating on your triceps. I can also do this with your body down as well, personally i cross my legs and keep my feet back, shins parallel to the gorund for balance. Once you need to add weight to it there is a belt you can attach weight to.... rather than force your legs up to have it on your lap. However, that is good to work abs along with your triceps. But either way, keep your elbows in and arms close.

yep. sorry. It's hard to explain. Good way to strike up a conversation with some guy at the gym though. "Excuse me, how do I do this?" lol!

lol... well that works more so for you... i really don't try and strike convos with guys (being one myself lol). Altho if not sure about form you should ask someone who you feel would know, personal trainer or something, because correct form is crucial. And don't worry bout forgetting that, it's fine... jsut wanted to let the person know, gotta keep those arms in to get the triceps!
