Hey all, I'm 16 and I've been following a very basic diet scheme. I've definitely reduced my bodyfat, but I feel like I need to to take it to the next level. Basically goes something like this:
8am : oatmeal with dried apricots
11am: fruit salad (apples/pears/bananas)
1pm - Salad(lettuce,tomatoes,sweetcorn,capers,olives,olive oil)
Tuna
Egg whites
Low-fat yoghurt (about 65kcal and 0.5g fat)
3pm - Apple
6pm - Apple
8.30pm - Grilled chicken breast
Spinach w/ olive oil
Broccoli
Cauliflower
String Beets
10pm - Some broccoli
I think I eat way too much fruit, what do you guys suggest? By the way, on tuesdays I eat pasta in the afternoon (I need it after 8 hours of school :( )

Edit: As for cardio, I've been doing Guerilla Cardio for the past 7 weeks.
