Help designing a cheap supplement regimen

Hi! I have bought some supplements before, and been very disappointed in their affectiveness. Now I want to know what the pro's say, and the people that have used supplements before.

What is necessary?
What helps?
What is your supplement regimen?

I'm going to point you to a post called The Basics

It tells you what works and what is necessary. And it's very bottom line. Nothing fancy.

Then you can check out the Supplement Guide in the Beginners Forum. I'll be updating that as appropriate. But it gives you a timeline for taking some of the mentioned supplements.
