wanna know if i am on the right path

in the morning i drink a shake with one scoop of protein (20g) carnation instant breakfast, ice, milk, peanut butter and a banana......after a workout i drink a protein gatorade( 20 g of proetin, water and gatorade powder,added carbs)...and once in a while a shake at night... ...should i change up what i drink after and/or before a workout? should i eat a tune sandwhich after a wokout or drink a protein gatorade or should u just have milk and protein powder...and also what is teh age you should start protein bc i am 14 and i dont want to be a twig anymore.. i am indian and in my diet i generally dont eat much meat at all...

it shouldnt be a once-in-awhile shake at nite. u should havea a casein shake every night. its safe to start drinking protein at w/e age, so drink up. i used to be a twig to, but i put on 45lbs in the past 2 years, so now im not so twiggy, lol i have pics in my sig, but there about 4 months old, i look better now.
