At least you did leave the clamps off this time. But common Supra use your head and get a spotter.Just cause your strong doesn't mean you have to be stupid.
gooood this is an old post ..... but with the above i agree except im not gonna call you stupid , but just because you can handle that weight doesnt mean somthing couldnt happen like lie a bone breaking , a muscle snapping or somthing your blow your pec out your gonna be in a world of hurt not just with the aftermath but durring the lift when all that **** comes down on you
bench - 305 lbs squat - 505 lbs dead - 550 lbs only with a belt i dont care for suits

AdamScott Toby , Your youtube profile says you are 23. LOLlipops and candycanes, he probably wasnt 15 then, i mean i put america on my youtube profile because its easier (though the damn thing came up with weird stuff the other day saying "weve noticed youre logging on in the united kingdom, do you wish to change?" LOL but to make yourself older on youtube??? Maybe he wants to see the blocked videos that require age restriction stuff, but meh, whatever lol.

But you'd think he would have just put 18 becuase that is the required age to watch them... I don't know what I think about it.

True, but not completely amazing. At 16 that would be a world record. At 23, it's just dang impressive. Either way, I'm 20 and can't hit 300 yet :)
