monday: 3x3 or 5 singles : bench press, deadlift Friday: 20-rep squat monday 2: rack lockouts, rack pulls friday 2: bottom position squats in power rack, 5 sets of 3 pyramid six weeks on, two weeks off. Only if you are very strong and have never been injured.
