Okay, so i decided to start my own journal... Yesterday I worked My quads and mainly shoulders: Shrugs: 225 x10 275 x 8 295 x 5 315 x 4 Overhead shoulder press: 65lb db's x 8 50lb db's x 10 55lb db's x 8 Incline Press "I know odd to throw in on shoulder day" 135x 10 185x 5 205x 4 185x 5 Not sure what this is called."Cleans to chin" 135X10 155x 8 185x 5 Leg Press "Already did squats and deads for the week just wanted to add this into my shoulder day" 360X8 450X6 540X5 590X1 Cardio: 10 min run 20 second sprint into 40second run 10 intervals Calastenics: Leg Lifts. Diet staying at 4,200 calories per day. Current Weight while cutting 194lbs Before Weight 1 month ago 200lbs BF Current 11% BF Before 12 - 13% I am new to this journal thing..

thanks man i dont know every work out name  . Ill be cutting for another 5 weeks. Or maybe as long as i have to to get to 9%BF.. I wanted 8 but i dont want to lose that much weight so 9% would be cool with me. I think ill be okay if i go all the way down to 185. Ill try to go back up in weight in april for now its all about cutting then maintaining. I just figured maybe the next time i decide to add mass ill try for clean bulk.

I am so excited! Its chest and tri's day! wohoo!! iv been waiting for this! I think i want to boost my ego a bit and start off with decline today.. Then ill do flat press with dumbells. Incline on a controlled machine. Weighted dips and skull crushers. as far as my decline goes this is what im shooting for: 255x8 275x4 295x2 315x3 - Negative.

if your at 11% bf right now, i think you can easily get to 7 or 8 in about 2-3 months. and if you play your cards right, you wont lose any muscle mass.

I do uprights and hang pulls.. Its kind of wierd ill start off doing hang pulls for the first set then ill do uprights for 2 more sets normally. The only difference from your pictures is i use a smith machine. I guess that takes off some of the weight compared to a free bar. Cause i can hang pull 135 easly but on an uncontrolled barbell i cant hang pull 135 that easly my balance is jacked for one thing and it feels 10 - 15lbs heavier. So he was correct i was talking about uprights. But i do incorperate hangpulls in the first set. I probably should switch to a free bar.

Just got back from gym. Decline Press: 205x8 255x8 295x1 275x3 Flat DB press: 80lb DB's x 8 85lb DB's x 8 90lb DB's x 6 Incline Controlled Machine: 3 Plates 270lbs x 5 2 Plates 180lbs x 10 Controlled Flies Machine: 200lbs x 8 180lbs x 8 180lbs x 8 Over Head Tricep Rope extensions: whole stack x 10 whole stack x 10 whole stack x 6 I think the whole stack only weighed 180 - 200lbs On the cables. Time to stick to skull crushers I have surpassed the machine. Leg Lifts: -- x 25 -- x 25 -- x 25 At the end of the day today i have actually noticed i feel a tear in my tendon of my left tricep. Its starting to ache worse.

Not very excited today... I have been doing straight leg barbell deadlifts.. So yeah ill admit it im a little scared I think today the goal will be form.. Ill just work with 205 and work on my form more then anything. Squats im pretty horrible at since i went from a machine back to a barbell.. Ill probably just do 225 up to 275.

I'll be checkin out your journal so I have some numbers to beat  . by the way.. is your diet like? I am trying to eat lot but I since I'm in school and workin for minimum wage it's hard to get lots of food or supplements.

Im a dirty bulker but it really doesnt matter so it seems because of my body type. I eat everything I can with calories and protein. Ill throw in 2 cups of white rice per day at certain times during the day with a snack. Normally eating pasta's that I cook and i make enough for 2 days. Tuna noodle cassarol. Ill eat boxed chillies eat a couple cheese sticks. Pretty much i dont care what it is i eat it and i count up in calories 500 - 600 calories for 3 snacks a day. 900 - 100 calories for 3 squares. Then ill throw in a protein shake just before bed for 500 - 600 calories. So i just eat close to or a little more then 4,000 calories per day. Usually eat 200+ grams of protein. My diet is nothing special.

Well got done with legs and lower back. Trying to work on my form today. Squats:"this is such a weak area still for me" 225x10 245x8 255x6 Straight Leg Deadlifts: 205x10 225x8 245x6 Leg Press: 360x10 450x8 500x6 Back Machine: 180x10 170x10 170x10 Cardio: 10 Min Run. There really isnt anything impressive about my leg day I am working on it though!

Machine Rows "With plates Not cables" 115lb each side x 10 Single Arm x 6 135lb each side x 8 Single Arm x 6 185lb each side x 5 Single Arm x 4 Cable 2 arm row. 170lbs x 10 180lbs x 8 190lbs x 8 Lat Pulls "Reverse Grip" 170lbs x 10 180lbs x 8 190lbs x 6 Pull Ups "Wide Grip" 3x6 Preacher Curls: 90lbs x 8 110lbs x 6 90lbs x 6 Calastenics Sit Ups: 2 x 60 My weight is still the same as last week obviously its not going to change much. I took a picture of my stomach and my top abs are seperating and I can see the ring around the abs. I am going to assume im starting to fall below 11%.

Just got back from gym.. It was chest and tri's day.. I actually didnt want to go for the goal today that i set for my self because the heavy weight is starting to hurt.... So I thought id just take a decent amount of weight and pump it out. Squats: 225 x 10 245 x 8 275 x 4 Leg Press 360 x 10 450 x 6 540 x 4 Straight Leg Deadlifts 135 x 10 205 x 8 205 x 6 Leg Extension machine: 180 x 10 190 x 8 200 x 8 Seated Calf Raise 115 x 20 115 x 15 115 x 10 I didnt really feel like running today.. actually I could barely stand up.. My legs still hurt today ugh gosh!  Anyway im still very dissapointed with my squats.. I mean jesus I bench 225 x 9 and it doesnt seem that hard.. When i squat it its about the same as benching it I really dont see a difference. So my squats are even with my bench press and my decline press is better then my squats Could is possibly be that I have only trained my upper body for 2 years and I just recently started training my legs march of this year... So I have only trained my legs and lower back for 9 Months while the rest of my body was trained for 2 years.. Thats almost 3 years I have been weight training. I have to admit im pretty damn embarassed when i have to squat now.. Everyone looks at me kind of funny because most of the people in the gym see what i Bench curl Lat pull etc.. Then I get on to do squats and I know they have to think its funny

I have to admit im pretty damn embarassed when i have to squat now.. Everyone looks at me kind of funny because most of the people in the gym see what i Bench curl Lat pull etc.. Then I get on to do squats and I know they have to think its funny Smile No they don't. Unless you go to a strange gym. If they are looking, they're probably wondering how in the hell you got to where you are today with those weights. I'll never forget the guy that used to go to one of my gyms--HUGE, SHREDDED, 6'2", etc. I could lift heavier than I ever saw him do. He obviously knows something I don't!!

I really need these squats to go up.. I guess everyone has their strong points and weak points though.. In highschool I could max bench on 185.. I could only squat 115.. I maxed on 135... So I have always been really bad at squats. God gave me these deltoids and chest for a reason then he gave me some wimpy legs so he could laugh at me lol Just kidding.

actually I like the size I am right now Its not real big its like right in the average range. I just want to be 205 and 8% BF.. Right now i go from 191 - 193.. and im probably real close to 10% Ill have some updated pictures really soon. My goal size really isnt far away.. As for the gym I have always trained for strength and size and to be honest with you even while cutting im still hitting high weight for low reps as you can see in my journal.. The only difference is I threw in the calasthenics and cardio.. I have never done them before so i got some pretty damn good results in a short period of time I cant wait to post pictures soon. as you know I just recently gave up juice well.. I slowly got off of it and ended the doses. I started to take winstrol a cutting steroid but then realized I was making progress without it.. So i stopped using it 1 1/2 weeks ago. I have now decided that i dont need the PCT either because I lowerd my nolva intake soo much that I really dont think its helping its all me this time.. Thats why i put Natural in the top of my journal. Currently taking only: B12 Muscle Milk <-- always used this milk thistle <-- even though im not running any pro hormone or steroid Fish Oil In two weeks if i manage to get my bf% down just below 10% Ill go tan and post up some new photos.

don't worry bout the numbers on the squats man. I am the same way - benchin' 225 for reps like it's nothin, rowin' 225 for reps like it's nothing, but put 225 on my back and I struggle like hell squatin' it 10 times. keep on pushin, those numbers will go up.

You don't use whey post workout? And you were running winstrol by itself? No singnificant sides from it? The difference in squats is definitely strange. Maybe you could hit the machine leg extension and really kill those quads.

I was running winstrol on a pct.. The thing about winstrol is its really only effective in keeping your muscle while losing fat after running a cycle.. So I started to tamper with winny but I took: Andropen - 5 blends of test Deca Anadrol Then I ran a PCT with Nolva and just tossed some winny in there but decided its a crap steroid and I can have good results without it.

God I cant believe I still did that video today! I have been hung over all damn day! ugh! Its my holiday weekend though!! I have to drink!! its a must!! Anyways no really I am not going to drink much more for the holidays. Today i didnt drink and i probably wont tomorrow. Okay so looking through my journal I see that everything is the same except for the shrugs.. I have a new theory though.. I think I can make my overall body look bigger if I put more focus into my incline Bench / shrugs / and reverse grip on my lat pulls or pretty much all my back routines feels like I might be able to hit my BI's and rear deltoids more. So i have pretty much figured out where im lagging. I also noticed i lack strength in the areas I lag. Im going to push my max incline up to 235 - 245 and as for my dumbells I want to dumbell over head press 75lb dumbells.
