Whats your opinion? Monday - Back/Biceps Barbell rows – 4 sets x 6 Dead lifts – 4 sets x 6 Close grip underhand chins – 4 sets x 6 Barbell curls – 4 sets x 6 Wednesday - Chest/Triceps/Shoulders Flat bench press – 4 sets x 6 Parallel Dips – 4 sets x 6 Seated shoulder dumbbell press – 4 sets x 6 Skull Crushers – 4 sets x 6 Friday - Legs/Traps Squats – 4 sets x 6 Stiff leg dead lift – 4 sets x 6 Standing calf raises – 4 sets x 6 Dumbbell Shrugs – 4 sets x 6

looks fresh to me...Personally I would switch legs/traps to monday and back/bis to friday, but that is only because my legs are lagging. Overall the program looks real good, but remember to put whatever bodypart lags the most first for the week. Happy gaining!
