Because there are none.
Dose is important.
3-5 grams.
If you feel skittish, run with 3.

It will take about 8 weeks to reach peak at that dose.
Then it will stay there as long as you supplement.

would that meet the 3-5 gram standard or should i take more than one tea spoon

Again......creatine monohydrate is not for before bed.

Take it 1 hour before you train (there is research to support taking it then) or some other time (as long as you take it daily,  yes even on days you do not train.)
When does not matter, but not before bed!

wow i feel stupid for askin

Ha!  Don't - we all started out knowing nothing.

I use this
Creatine Monohydrate
1 hour pre workout (or mid-day on off days) - 1 teaspoon

Not before bed, eh?  I didn't know that, and that's what I've been doing.  What's the deal with not taking it before bed?

There is NOT a specific problem with taking it before bed.

However, for people not accustomed to taking supplements, there is a gut clearance issue.
Powder changes the permeability and some people can experience discomfort at bed time.
I prefer not to see powder in the gut at bed time for a beginner.

I like to see the creatine in the system an hour from training to get sent everywhere with the increased blood flow of training.  There is research to show that this is beneficial as far as delivery.

Also, at bed, the blood flow to extremities relaxes (rest and digest!)

Though, I do not mind to see things an hour or more from bed, so long as they are not stimulants.

Naturally there are some slight exceptions.

Creatine is one of the key energy systems in the body.
The body maintains a set amount in the system based on your diet.
Supplementing simply raises the amount that the body maintains.

When this increases, in addition to all the other benefits...
(Read this to see what we know about the benefits
http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Creatine_Reviewing_what_we_know/m_295206/tm.htm)

The amount of water retained IN MUSCLE along with the increased Creatine increases.
Muscle IS about 75% water.
Putting more water in your muscle, often referred to as volumizing muscle, increases their ability to GROW.

What you will notice in about 4-8 weeks, depending on your diet and training, is that you can train more intensely.
You recover faster between sets, allowing you to train with greater vigor.

It is possible to see a gain of 3-10 pounds in that time.  Most being water but some may be muscle as well.

If you read that link I gave above you see that creatine does some great things for the training athlete and their body.

I use glass mason jars because they are NOT plastic and because they are easier to clean.
I use them to carry MRPs when at the University and sometimes to mix my protein.  I do prefer to blend some things that are hydrophobic (don't mix well.)   Also, creatine I just take a swig of water and put the TSP in my mouth.  Then mix and swallow it.  For me creatine has no flavor.
