I think most weight loss pills are bogus. Maybe they do work to a certain degree. I have used a few different kinds and they just made me piss alot is all. The only thing I used that really worked is Ephedra. I am not telling anybody to use Ephedra, I am just saying it does work however. I started to get a 4 pack going on and the love handles started to go away using it. I worked out in the hot weather using the stuff which I hear isn't good. It didn't hurt me in anyway, but it could effect somebody else. Besides Ephedra the only weight loss pill I see that looks like it would be worth anything is Six Star Rapid Lean, by looking at what is in it, it looks like a winner.

The product has 5 different types of teas in it and some other stuff. If you cut your calories and worked out on it, I think it would actually help to lose a little extra bodyfat with all those teas alone.
