Xceed serving size?

I got my order of Xceed/Basic Cuts/Activate in today to and was wondering what is the serving size of xceed? Like how much water and what is a scoop size i have measureing scoops like half a tea spoon or 1 or half a table spoon in how much oz of water. Didnt see it on there and is there a scooper in there cause when i got my it was little clumpped so i rattle its to get them to break up so i might have hidden the scooper if there was one.

just poke around witha spoon and youll find the scoop
