ok so everytime i run its so wierd like everytime i run i can only go for like maximum of 10 min because my calves and my shins burn like crazyand it sucks, also i cant jumprope long because of it...anybody every have this problem and know what to do about it? also i think it might be shin splints not sure please help it sucks because im running to train for football so yeah

hey man i go running alot my shins burn like crazy too i jus drive my self to the edge and carry on afterwards it kills but i just relax in a bath and go like normal afterwards but if you think its shin splints i would get them check out by some 1 dude they can be dangerous if you do not no what they are it is where the muscle is pulling away from the bone pulling bits of bone with it ouchh it hurts my friend had it at basketball and they still hurt him now so dude get em checked out peace out

Yep sounds like shin splints. See a doctor or foot expert.

My high school trainer always said it was shin splints you just gotta run through. Also make sure you arent just sitting around all day before you go running
