Another question i wanted to ask is what is the easiest way to get your body symmetrical. I am right handed so now my right bicep is 15 inches while my left one is 14. I have been doing bicep curls at a weight that my left arm stuggles on, but my right arm does easily. Should i just continue doing that or is there any other way. Oh yeah my forarms are the same way Rt forearm 13.5, lt forearm 12.5
