I have a few questions before I consider a new diet. - Tuesday, July 11, 2006 2:11 PM
Hello all.

It is I, the great Almaida, coming here for your assistant.

anyway, I have a few questions...

I was wondering, I have seriously considered the famous (0 carb diet) and I have a few questions.. about it...concerning it..

1. Is it ok if I still cut back on calories in no/low carb diet?
2. Is it ok if I still cut back on fat as well?
3. Is it ok if I excersize, strenght training and cardio, 3 times a week each?

Can I do this while cutting back on carbs? seriously cutting back, I'm talking, no carbs at all.

and what are some foods that i can eat on no carbs diets?

I look at all foods....virtually all foods in my kitchen, contains many carbs.

and what about cerial...?[&o]

I have eatin cerial for breakfest my entire life. never a day without, but now, if I want to do this, I must get rid of cerial, is there any no carb cerial?[&o]

I just want to look good...and get the ladies...

Nevermind, I just read some very disturbing news about this diet, and people dispise it greatly here.

I want to be healthy, not just skinny.

So I shall lay of this atkins!

I shall stick to my 1599 calorie diet, with 30 minutes gazzell cardio 3 times a week, and light weight lifting (not really weight lifting, but I like ot think it is.)  3 days a week, it seems to be working fine, 1-3 pounds a week is fine for me.
