Is that possible? - Sunday, July 09, 2006 8:14 PM
Is it possible for ppl that took leukic gained around 7-10 lbs just from that...i mean ive been supplementing with Ce2 and different NOs and thats more effective than leukic is...n i havent gained nothing like that.  And if leukic is really that good of a product, then is there any cheaper alternatives or better alternatives?

Remember that Creatine products only generate water weight gains.
They are pretty much all the same.

Creatine is in red meat and if a vegetarian or non red meat eater took creatine...they would see a more significant water weight rise...see the point.

It means nothing.  Ignore it.

Leukic is just Leucine.  Buy some L-Leucine and you got the same thing.

Stack: Six Star Whey, NO Explode, Storm, ActivaTe X

Gotta get GEEEEEEKED!! WOOOOOO

I forgot to address the Luekic...ninjaman89 got to it.
I think I answered another question on creatine in this thread!

Leukic is just a form of Leucine.

It is just one of the Branched Chain Amino Acids

BCAAs (primarily Isoleucine) can play a role in sparing muscle during and after training.
they are in all the protein rich foods you eat.  They are in your protein powder.

When taken alone just before and jsut after lifting or cardio, they go right into the blood...and give you a 45 minute potential window before they are taken up.

Do you need this?  NO.  Will it be THE THING to make you big?  NO.  Can you get the same results without it.  Yes.  Is the product a waste of your money?  In all likelihood, a resounding Yes.

Did someone gain 7-10 pounds weight because of it.  NO.

NO is an antioxidant and increases circulation, very good for you if taken in the right quantity (4-6 grams!)..but with the products the dose of caffeine is the thing you really get when you take them...so you are getting a stimulant that makes you feel and think you are more energetic for the workout.
