instead of wasting all your money on supplements, try something a little more simple, alot more effective. if you're looking for a gainer shake, dont go buy weight gainer powder cuz most dont work....grab your blender and do throw all of this into it: 1 chopped banana 2 cup 1% low fat milk 1 tbsp natural peanut butter 2 scoops muscle milk (or any solid protein powder) Blend thats almost 750 calories with around 50g of protein, lots of carbs and good fats thats just my two cents

oh my god... that's my exact shake!! but I add ice. It's sooooo good with the banana and peanut butter. Approved.

Would that work with Whey Protein instead of MM? I kno that MM has more ingredients but Whey is straight protein..

Yeah, Im on the ON's 100% Whey as of right now, and right now im 6 ft 3 inches weighing 190, and I dont think I need to gain more weight, but want more muscle on me, I know muscle weights more then fat, but I dont really want any more CHUB on the stomach then i have now...

muscle milk has many more calories than most straight up proteins so I don't think you'd bulk as quickly w/ it but itd work.

i saw that in mens health its 1 banana 2 table spoon peanut butter whey protein, some type of yogurt its amazing!!! the whey protien i have now actually tasted good but for people who have those gross tasting proteins try this and its great

How would this taste with ON's Rocky Road Flavor? Right now I hate the taste, should I go to vanilla and then try the shake out?? Plus, will this make me gain more FAT or muscle?? because I already have enough fat on me.

I want to see if i cant gain some fat...no matter how much i eat..how many calories i dont seem to gain any fat! I only gain some LBM. Would it be worthit to buy some muscle milk just for this weight gain shake>? or Just use like 4 scoops whey..

I've been making this shake for the past week or 2, delicious and very healthy. 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 cup raspberries 1/2 cup OJ 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 1 cup ice, or to your tastes (makes it thicker) 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder It's btter if you add the protein powder after blending everything else first.

10,000 calorie a day diet? lol damnnnnn. that diet should be called "Deca, Tren, D-Bol....the only nutrients you need baby" coleman is a monster but i hate when people try sayin hes all natural. i'm sorry but you can't look like that without juice and honestly, i wouldnt want to look like that...think about what he'll look like in 15 years when hes done liftin n all that muscle converts to fat.... as far as the shake in my thread goes tho i find that the best time to take it is in the morning because that way you make breakfast your biggest meal which is more healthy anyways and also the extra sugar from fruit wont slow ur metabolism as much

muscle is great but lean lipids sounds cheesy. still has tons of sat fat so careful on not overdoing it  but sounds good, even tho MM is delicious after a while goddamm the taste gets repetitive and boring

hmm i tried BSN's True-mass with it... it kinda gets rid of the nasty true mass taste... more like banannas :D but about 100 more calories soo.. just saying
