Well I started my Gakic today. I will be posting results all week.
 
Day 1 Chest Tri's
Wake 630
Nitrix 0635
Gakic 0700
Cardio 0715
Lift 0730
 
Well I started my cardio and ended it a little sooner, I was excited to try it out, bad idea, didn't wait long enough for it to kick in. So in the middle of my workout it started to work, I guess, wasn't as apparrent as the first time I took NOXplode. But workout was longer and I wasn't as tired as usual. Will be going back to the gym for a Two A Day due to the gym being closed tomorrow. Will update later again. So far it's...Okay...we will see tho as the week goes along.

you should probably eat before hitting the weights in the morning, i know that i would get light headed when i went without food.  You may want to also read the recent posts that say it's better to do the cardio after the weight training, and not before.  Good luck with the second workout.

I know this lunchbox but I am currently still cutting and not bulking, that is the reason I do cardio before anything else and the reason I do not eat before lift. I have been doing this for a month now and I have gotten nothing but results. Thanks tho

Second lift was much better waited the full 45 mins and it kicked in. Did my Bi's and Back, I also had a really good lunch earlier in the day so I would be fueled and ready to go. I had much more energy but still no pump. I didn't get tired, so I guess it's good. What I might do is get some more NoXplode and take both before my lift, one for energy and pump and one for the fatigue.

Today was my 3rd day on Gakic, It was my fav day...legs....
 
Same routine
Wake
Nitrix
Gakic
Cardio
Lift
 
Started with squats, I do the 10, 8, 6, 5, 4
Went from 250 to start and worked up to 385 which was the same as last week but I did more reps
 
My leg extensions is what I noticed most, I usually only do anywhere between 200 - 225 but today I worked my way to 250 which is pretty incredible for me.
 
Overall my workout was great, I feel great, not too tired. With NoXplode alone I used to get tired after my workouts. I am awake at work and feeling really good, not too much soreness even though I hardly ever become very sore anymore.
 
Would I reccommend this product? I would if you can find it on sale, but it's not worth the 48 I spent on it at Vitamin Shoppe.
