I was thinking i would try out this method. It's where you do one set of reps until you can't do anymore. What style is that? What are the benefits? I'd like to do some more research on that but don't know what to look up.
goal 1: lose body fat goal 2: get buff goal 3: marry Adriana Lima

Training to failure. To me it would seem it could lead to overtraining if you do a couple of excercises but if you like that type check out HST.

The actual name is High Intesity Training or HIT. You workout 3 times a week for no more than an hour and no more than 3 muscle groups per workout. Its a good strength workout and you could over train if you dont rest enough.
I use the Optimum Anabolics Program www.optimum-anabolics.com Started: April 2, 2007 Height: 6' 2" Weight: 127 lbs BF %: 6-10%

Thanks everyone. I'll do some more research on that now that I have an idea of what people calle it ;) One of my goals is to just lose body fat before I bulk my muscles up. I figure hitting the weights and just simply lifting will help me along with my diet i am on now. ;)

You are talking about training to failure. That's pushing your muscles until they cannot do any more. Its a great technique. As long as you are getting proper rest between workouts and eating properly, you shouldn't have to worry about overtraining.
