Any ideas on "Mass-Tech" or "Pro-complex". Im currently on "Mass-tech" 5 scoops plus milk = burnt out one of my blenders motors Mass-tech taste good with a banana blended into it with some flax seed oil.

ORIGINAL: young guns What is a really good wheight gainer. That helps put permanent weight on? No such thing. But I take Cytosport Cytogainer and it IS 'da shiznit. All complex carbs and lots of protein plus it tastes so good I would take it even if it had no nutritional value. If you mix it with milk you are looking at about 850 calories per serving. If you want to gain weight you need LOTS of quality carbs.
