Hi there...
 
ok so im preety skinny, and my upper body is starting to build up some muscle, although, my buttocks are amazingly soft!
haha this is a weird question but what excercises can i do to firm up my buttock region?

squats work wonders my friend check the exercise section if your unsure how to do it

Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges, Stiff-legged deadlifts - all fantastic multi joint exercises that not only work ur butt but also your legs and lower back - tres bon!

I've been lifting for a little over a month, and what I did was 8 reps of squats, grab dumbells and then 10 lunges each leg (3 sets).  My butt was sore for DAYS.  Or I did squats and then this machine where i push back with my leg, my butt was sore today, but the lunges REALLY do me in.  Oh and in the last month I've noticed fat loss off my butt (tighter too).

Straight leg deadlifts, and cross over lunges (these look stupid but work wonders) Just step with one leg across behind the other, and lunge down, looks kinda like a curtsee (sp?), but works the outer glutes as well as the lower quads
