give evopro a shot, or muscle milk, basically the same things just evopro has less protein and a lot less fat.

Optimum nutrition makes a 100% for Casein also. it has 23 grams per serving i believe

Non Fat cottage cheese.... the best casien out there.
1 cup = 25 ish grams of casein protien, for only around 190 calories.

Cottage Cheese is awesome, a lot like beer as a kid, and aquired taste lol, especially the Fat Free kind, but it does wonders for me. Cottage Cheese, some Fat Free Yogurt and some Granola all mixed is a meal replacement for me. I freakin love it
