No supplements on weekends. - Monday, June 05, 2006 4:13 PM
So i work out on from mon. - fri. skipping wed. I take the bsn stack (noxplode, cellmass, nitrix) and On whey protein, animal pak, and cytogainer. Would it be ok to skip the doses i need on the weekends since im not working out(just abs on sat)???

I would probably take the ON whey, and cytogainer. Perfectly up to you but this is how i would do it. Always keeping my body with all of the good nutrients from both things all week and weekend would probably be beneficial. Just an opinion though.

By the way, how is cellmass working for you? I have both NOxplode and nitrix and never finished the BSN stack with cellmass. Is it a good post-work out supp?

cellmass works good. I got good results from cellmass and no-x never tried the nitrix though.

Some might say it's even more important to get nutrients into your system on your off days- that's when your body's actually doing a lot of building anyway, so it needs all the help it can get. Remember, not all the extra calories you stuff in your face go towards fueling your workout.

no not nessary, save some money. I would try the cellmass its a decent creatine. There is better creatines out there but it work pretty well for me. Take the cell mass on the off days
 
As far as working out 6 days a week, as someone who did that a year and a half, I strongly suggest taking it down to 5 days a week. I've had some much better results doing 5.

Hey, my stack is Cell Mass, NO-Xplode, multi-vitamin, and 100% On whey. On days tha I lift (4-5 days a week for about 1.5hrs.) I take CellMass in the morning and whey+vitamin about 30 min. later. Then NOX about 45 min. before lifting, CellMass right after lifting and whey about 20 min later. I also take whey or sometimes Muscle Milk later at night.
 
On non workout days I only take whey, vitamin, and half the normal CellMass. I never take NOX on nonworkout days. I feel that if I did take NOX and then not lift I would have way too much energy and it wouldn't be worth it. Also, I personally feel that between NOX and CM there is enough vein poping formula, so I really don't think Nitrix is worth the money.

on my off days, i just going to take 3grams of cellmass. I heard thats all you need to keep the muscles the full look cellmass gives them.

don't u have to buy 2 bottles of cell mass and 1 of no explode?
 
also what is a good supplement to take before double session football practice. that will keep me going with good energy throughout the day. but has to be something thats not gonna make me crash hard during practice

my serving of nox was three scoops preworkout, and cellmass  is one scoop  postworkout and one later in the day. so that would be 3:2 ratio

take no-xplode on an empty stomach 15-30min before workout. by its self i guess that was your question!?!?

The ratio will differ depending on hpow much Cell Mass and No Xplode the individual takes. There are 40 servings in each container.
 
For example, I only take 1 scoop of NOX preworkout (I am very sensitive to stimulants and just started taking it about 2-3 weeks ago) but the label says that depending on your tolerance, you can take up to three scoops preworkout. Also, I take 1 scoop cellMass in the morn. and 1 after my workout which equals 2 all day. Therefore my NOX to CM ration would be 1:2, but someone who takes 2 scoops of NOX would have a ratio of 1:1. Plus, it can also change depending on if you take either supp in the same amount on non workout days as on workout days.
 
Also, ebbearsfb1, to answer your question, I guess you mean 2 back-to-back FB workouts/practices? In that case if the total time is less than maybe 4-5 hours, taking NOXplode would proly work fine. I only notice a crash after I get home from the gym about 3 hours after taking NOXplode. This may be because I'm already tired from having been awake and in school since like 630 and the NOX just prolonged my tiredness. I never have really felt a "crash" that some claim they experience aside from this which never interferes with my lifting or normal life.
 
One question I have though, it says not to take your protein shake within 20-30 minutes of taking CM after your workout. I usually just say F-it and take my whey protein about 5 min after CellMass. Will this truly significantly affect my results or is the label just typical b.s. or somethin?

You are going ot need more and more NOX it def works but as you get more accustomed to it yes it becomes less and less effective.  To save money I never took it on off days b/c there's no reason to but you gotta take your creatines and proteins on off days your body needs them just as much if not more then.

wvubill22185 great point. I would add that your body gets used to the caffine in NOXplode. not the NO. so thats why you should deffinetly cycle off that stuff.

Not BS. on an empty stomach the creatine will absorb into the blood stream and go to the muscles. if your drink the shake with it, your body digests it with the shake just like regular food. and a lot less gets absorbed and sent to the muscles. which means less results. wait 20 min

FaHad, I have been using it for a week now, and I love it. I work out at 7am so when I get up, I get some of that in me, 1st thing, then I work out and it's awesome, helps me workout longer. Some people reported they got "jittery" but not me, I'm not small framed tho, so that could be why. I have the fruit punch it tastes ok but yeah it works, some people have said other stuff works better, but don't listen, do what works best for you. It might have a different effect on you but it works for me, at least you know its working for someone now.

it works in that it gives you energy. but its not going to give any results you couldnt have gotten without it.

no xplode is great. i started taking it my powerlifting season(January 06) and i would use it in the mornings when id work out.In one month, I went from benching 180 to 210 and squating(with a suit)315, to 380. Of course, i have have better results now, but im just giving you an example of what i accomplished.
