Pec and inner armpit pain when benching heavy

When I bench 405 on my 6th rep it always seems to cramp up and it hurts extremely bad it comes from around the inner armpit area does anyone know what that could be. This has just started lately from right to left intermedietley. My max is over 500 so its not a question of strength and my form is good so whats wrong?

Best to see a doc- No one here can really examine you online, and I don't think we even have an actual doctor hanging around.
But how's your diet been? Any major changes there? Perhaps it's time you upped your calories, how many are you currently getting per day?
